Spaces:
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, each with its own unique personality and decor. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, the second room has two single beds that can be combined into a double, and the third room includes a traditional sofa bed along with a dedicated workspace with a Greek-style desk and a comfortable chair. All beds are air-conditioned to ensure a restful sleep.
Kitchen – Living Area:
The modern and comfortable space is the heart of the residence, perfect for meals and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, and ceramic cooktop. The large dining table and direct access to the private courtyard provide elegance and comfort.
Bathroom: A spacious and well-designed space that combines comfort and functionality. The shower, large mirror, and washing machine offer practicality, while the provided detergent, fabric softener, and toiletries ensure a carefree and well-catered experience, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.

Guest access
The residence is located in a central area, on a lively street, with easy access through two entrances: from the kitchen-dining area and from the courtyard (both leading to the main street). Ideal for families, friends, couples, and business travelers, it offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. All ro oms are fully accessible, making it suitable for elderly guests as well.
Check-in is easy and does not require the host’s presence. The large private courtyard is exclusively for your use, with ample space to relax and enjoy meals, overlooking the main street.

It was (I think) in the original layout of a classic greek house just brand new, renovated, so clean and inviting, smelled great 🙂 and very pleasant to stay with beautiful furniture and decoration.
Nikolas was super flexible with check in and it helped us a lot. Very responsive to our questions and sent us a set of local recommendations that were excellent.
I highly recommend for everyone visiting Lixouri and also Argostoli, as the ferry is a fee minutes walk from the house.
