The location is excellent, as the apartment is situated in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from a rocky beach, perfect for morning swims. The coastal road is great for cycling, walking, or jogging. The center of Lixouri, with its restaurants, cafes, and shops, is within walking distance, as is the ferry to Argostoli. There is also a mini market nearby for your basic needs.
Explore the nearby beaches, which are all within close proximity to the villa: Lepeda (3.7 km), Mega Lakkos (6.9 km), Xi (7.6 km), Lagadakia (10.5 km), Agia Eleni (11.9 km), Petani (14 km), Atheras (16.7 km).
You can also visit the Monastery of Kipoureon and the Gerogombos Lighthouse, both ideal spots for watching the sunset.
In the courtyard of the villa, you will find a large shared BBQ with a wood-fired oven (please bring your own wood or charcoal), as well as free parking for your vehicle. Enjoy the private courtyard with views of the mountains and the sea for moments of relaxation and tranquility.

The location is great, you can walk to Lixouris city Center, which is a very nice, peaceful and beautiful city with a lot of great restaurants. The car ferry there can take you in a short time to the capital of the island, Argostoli, where we have seen a lot of turtles, did a boat tour and enjoyed the beach.
The host is very kind and absolutely lovely, gave us a lot of tips regarding beaches and restaurants and we felt immediately at home.
The garden is very beautiful and cozy, with a nice view, and we had a great time relaxing there and enjoying the sun.
The apartment is absolutely perfect, beautiful, well equipped , there is even a washing machine and a dish washer.
The bed was also super comfortable.
In total, we can’t recommend this place more. Well deserved 5 stars.
